Todd Bailey, MBA, CMTE
Director of Business Development

Todd Bailey received his BA from Muskingum College in 1990, soon after beginning his career for the Smithsonian Institution’s National Air and Space Museum and Harvard University in the 1980’s. He served as a legislative assistant for a Washington congressman in the early 1990’s before joining Grant/Riverside Methodist Hospitals, a 1,500-bed hospital and Level 1 trauma system in Central Ohio. In 1997, he joined MedFlight in his current role and completed his MBA at Franklin University in Columbus.

Todd is involved locally and statewide through a variety of Boards and committees, including his role a past president of Ohio’s Planning and Marketing Association affiliated with the Ohio Society of Healthcare Planning and Marketing, the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Board of Directors for Franklin County. He currently is Trustee President for the Hilliard Lakewood Homeowners Association and a member of the MedFlight Consulting Team, which assists other medical transport agencies throughout the country.

     
     
 

Chuck Boak, RN, CCRN, BSN, EMT, CMTE

Chuck Boak joined MedFlight in 1998 and has over 15 years in Critical Care Nursing. He has worked for OhioHealth for many years, from a staff nurse in CCU to Nursing Administrator and prior to joining OhioHealth worked for The Ohio State University Medical Center.

Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Capital University. He is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Nursing Administration. He is certified as a CCRN from the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and Certified Medical Transport Executive through the Association of Air Medical Services.

Chuck is a member of the American Association of Critical Nurses and the Association of Air Medical Services.

     
     
 
Mark Collins, BSBA, CM, CMTE

Mark Collins enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1975 and served on active duty until 1985. He completed the Helicopter Repairman course and served in the 101 st Airborne until 1978. In 1977, he graduated Distinguished Honor Graduate in the Non Commissioned Officers Academy. Mark graduated from Warrant Officers Rotor Wing Flight School in 1978 and the Rotor Wing Instructor Pilot Course in 1980. He served as an aero scout pilot and Platoon Commander D 2/10 Cav in California; and a Standardization Instructor Pilot C 501 st Attack Helicopter in West Germany. Mark continued to serve as a citizen soldier in the Army Reserves with the 354th Air Ambulance Detachment, Columbus Ohio, until 1996.

He attended The Ohio State University from 1985 until 1988 where he earned a BSBA in Production and Operations Management summa cum laude. In 1989, Mark was introduced to the civilian air ambulance industry as a pilot with the old Grant Life Flight II in Wellston Ohio. He later served as a Life Flight I pilot in Columbus; and as the Aviation Base Managers of both MedFlight II in Union County and MedFlight I in Columbus. Mark has been the Director of Operations for MedFlight since 2000. He has earned the Certified Medical Transport Executive (CMTE) in 2003, Certified Manager (CM) in 2005 and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification in 2006.

     
     
 
Stewart Corbin, CFC, CMTE

Stewart Corbin joined MedFlight in 1995 and has over 12 years of critical care dispatching. Stewart is from Gallipolis, Ohio where he started working at Holzer Medical Center. After leaving Gallipolis, he began working at Mount Carmel Health in Columbus, Ohio. After several years, he then became a Partner for Life at MedFlight.

Stewart has been a member and an active participant in the National Association of Airmedical Communications Specialists (NAACS) for many years and received the Michelle North Scholarship in 2005. He is also a graduate of the Certified Medical Transport Executive program.

     
     
 
Linda Hines, RN, JD, CPHRM
Risk Manager

Linda Hines joined MedFlight in January of 2008 and has over 27 years of healthcare experience. Prior to coming to MedFlight she worked in the Mount Carmel Health System as a critical care and cardiac care nurse, clinical researcher, risk manager and attorney.

Linda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) through the American Hospital Association.

She is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management where she has participated on many committees. Linda is also a member of the Ohio Society for Healthcare Risk Management, American Health Lawyers Association, Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. She also participates as a community member of the Mount Carmel Health System Institutional Review Board and presents lectures on risk management to local nursing classes.

     
     
 

Samantha Primmer, CMTE

Samantha Primmer joined the MedFlight of Ohio team in March of 2003 bringing with her a varied background in managerial and computer experience over the past 18 years. Samantha has worked in a number of industries including hotel, office furniture, chemical supply, and computer training.

Samantha began her career with Marriott International working as a hotel Operations Manager specializing in converting existing properties to the Marriott family of hotels. Her last position was as Training Manager and Job Placement Coordinator with KB Institute of Technology. While at KB she received her certification as a master certified Internet webmaster instructor. Samantha has also held other positions as an administrative assistant and computer instructor.

     
     
 

Cliff Primmer, CMTE

Cliff Primmer began his professional career in the Fire Service in 1977, retiring in 1995 as a Journeyman Firefighter, Paramedic, BLS Instructor, and certified Fire Inspector. During his tenure with the Upper Arlington Fire Department, Cliff attended and graduated from the Upper Arlington Leadership program then went on to serve as a Board member for the program. After ‘retirement’, Cliff incorporated his own sof tware development company with a focus on custom applications for public safety, not-for-profit, and church organizations.

Cliff originally joined MedFlight in mid 1997 as an Information Technology consultant, growing his responsibilities into a Directors position in late 1997. Since then he has worked to build an I.T. infrastructure at MedFlight to support a very dynamic and geographically diverse organization. In 2005 Cliff completed coursework to become a Certified Medical Transport Executive (CMTE) through the Association of Air Medical Services. Cliff is currently active in the Ohio Association of Critical Care Transport providers (OACCT), the Ohio chapter of the Association of Air Medical Services.

     
     
 

Fran Seese
Accounting Manager

Fran Seese graduated from CPI with a Programming degree in 1974 and attended Franklin University majoring in accounting. She began her career at MedFlight of Ohio in 1997.

Her career in healthcare has included management positions at Riverside Methodist Hospitals and Mount Carmel Health Systems. She also held Programming/Accounting positions at Fishel Company and The Arthur O. Hall Public Accounting Firm.

Fran has served as a board member for Kids-N-Kamp, a company established to help families of children with cancer.

     
     
 

Dan Skidmore

Dan Skidmore graduated from The Ohio State University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He began his career at MedFlight of Ohio in 1995 as a member of the first group of new employees hired after the SKYMED/Lifeflight merger.

Dan came to MedFlight from Riverside Methodist Hospitals. Prior to his career in healthcare, Dan held accounting, budgeting and management positions in public accounting, construction and banking.
